The following error message is being displayed: “Access Denied”. What does this mean?

This message means that the user in question was unable to be authorized to access the VPN because the login/password is incorrect or is temporarily blocked.

First, check the user data when registering on the Cloud VPN portal and try again.

If they are correct, check if the "Temporarily deactivate account" option is checked, as if it is, the user will be unable to connect.
