How to use the RDP feature?

In CloudVPN it is possible to use the RDP remote connection service, which allows the portal administrator to access the connected computers.

RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) is a protocol developed by Microsoft that allows a user to connect and control another computer through a network connection.

Note: This feature is exclusive for use by CloudVPN Management Portal Administrators only.

To use it, the 2-Factor Authentication feature must be enabled in your CloudVPN account:

After enabling 2-Factor Authentication and installing/configuring the Winco VPN SSL Client or OpenVPN Client correctly, simply follow the steps below to connect to the device(s):

Log in to the CloudVPN management portal;
On the CloudVPN dashboard, click "RDP".

The next screen will show the following connection information:

Hostname: Enter the assigned IP of the Winco VPN SSL Client or OpenVPN Client to your device;
Domain: if the computer is part of one;
Username: User of the computer that will be accessed;
Password: Computer password;
Keyboard: It is also possible to select the main keyboard input in Portuguese or English.

Then click "Conectar".

If the information entered is correct, the connection will be opened for the user.
