Enabling 2-Factor Authentication

To increase the security of access to CloudVPN and have the possibility of using remote access features (SSH, RDP and VNC), it is mandatory to enable 2-Factor Authentication on your account.

When logging into the CloudVPN portal, click on "Account".

1. Under "Two-factor authentication" select "Google Authenticator":

Then click "Generate code":

Point your mobile device's camera at the QR Code that will be displayed. Then, enter the code that will appear in Google Authenticator to confirm the change.

Afterwards, click "OK" and "Save Changes".

Log out of your account and log back in so you can validate and enable the new features.
